Do you support MICROS systems in Las Vegas?
Yes. We provide remote MICROS and Simphony support to hotels, restaurants and venues throughout the Las Vegas area. Most programming and troubleshooting can be handled remotely, so you get help quickly. For cabling, hardware installs or on-site needs, call us to talk through options.
Which MICROS systems do you support?
We support Oracle MICROS RES 3700, e7, 9700 and Simphony, along with the workstations, tablets, handhelds, printers, payment devices and network equipment around them.
Can you help us move from RES 3700 to Simphony?
Yes. Because we support both legacy MICROS systems and Simphony, we understand where you're coming from and where you're going. We'll help plan the migration, carry over your programming and keep downtime to a minimum.
Can my POS do something it doesn't do out of the box?
Often, yes. MICROS and Simphony systems can be extended with custom-programmed SIM scripts to add features the standard setup doesn't provide. Tell us what you need and we'll explore whether a custom SIM script can make it happen.
